Michal Kwasieborski

Michal Kwasieborski has a diverse work experience in design, starting as a Graphic Designer at mediacyfrowe.pl in 2004. Michal then worked as an Art Director at VA strategic communications and ARIP before co-founding Multidekor in 2012, where they held various roles, including Head of Design. Michal also co-founded Engage Warsaw in 2015 and Miejsce wspólne in 2017. Michal joined Evionica in 2021, leading E-learning development and holding interim roles as UX Lead and Design Lead. Most recently, they became the Customer Experience Design Lead at execon in 2023. Throughout their career, Michal has demonstrated expertise in design thinking, product strategy, team management, and client interaction.

Michal Kwasieborski completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial Design from Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie in 2008. Michal then pursued postgraduate studies in Design Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2011-2012, Service Design at Uniwersytet SWPS in 2014-2015, and Urban Studies at Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie in 2015-2016. Michal obtained their PhD in A participatory approach to public space design from Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie in 2017-2021. Michal also holds several additional certifications in UX design, Agile methods, information visualization, and more from various institutions.
