Anna Young, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and facilitator dedicated to empowering purpose-driven leaders across various sectors. Since 2019, they have operated Anna Young Consulting, focusing on leadership development, team strengthening, and creating inclusive systems. Currently, Anna teaches as an adjunct faculty member at New Ventures West and provides leadership coaching for ExecOnline, where they support leaders in reaching their full potential. Anna's previous experience includes significant roles at Mercy Corps and Catholic Relief Services, as well as academic contributions at Portland State University. They hold a Master of Arts from St Hugh's College, Oxford University, and are pursuing a PGCE from the University of Leeds.
