Matthew Castaldo

Matt Castaldo is an experienced executive specializing in transformation and talent strategy. Currently serving as Chief Transformation and People Officer at ExecOnline, Inc. since April 2021, Castaldo co-leads the SaaS business model transformation and develops a comprehensive talent strategy for the online leadership development pioneer. Prior to this, Castaldo held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at McDermott Will & Emery, where leadership of HR operations and talent strategy contributed to significant growth and a distinctive firm culture. Castaldo's extensive experience also includes senior roles at CEB, focusing on organizational effectiveness, global recruiting, and talent management. Earlier positions included Evaluation Team Lead at American Management Systems and Lead Research Associate at CEB. Castaldo holds a BA in Psychology from William & Mary.
