Michael Negrete

Michael Negrete is an accomplished leadership coach and healthcare expert with extensive experience in academic, clinical, and organizational roles. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Fluence and ExecOnline, Michael also holds a position as Vice Chair of the Board for the Pharmacy Leadership & Education Institute and has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Assistant Academic Vice President at Samuel Merritt University since 2013. Michael's previous leadership roles include Chief Pharmacy Officer at Aprexis Health Solutions, CEO of the California Pharmacists Association Foundation, and CEO of Premier Pharmacists Networks. Michael’s educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by professional coaching training.
