Monica Lewin

Monica Lewin is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design & Learning at ExecOnline since March 2020, where Monica leads the strategic direction of eLearning products and manages the creation and delivery of effective learning experiences. With prior experience as Director of Learning Design and Analytics, and Associate Director, Learning Design and Analytics, Monica has extensive expertise in designing and optimizing leadership development programs in collaboration with top business schools. Previous roles include Lecturer and Research Director at New York University, where Monica drove innovation in curriculum and instructional design, and Research Project Manager at NYU School of Medicine, successfully overseeing complex research projects. Monica holds a PhD and MS in Neuroscience from NYU Grossman School of Medicine and a BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
