Samantha Jenkins, M.A. ACC, is an experienced Trainer, Facilitator, Leadership Coach, and Chief Executive Officer with a strong background in organizational culture, team cohesion, and effective communication. Currently serving at the National Conflict Resolution Center and ExecOnline, Samantha supports clients in achieving transformational change through evidence-based coaching methods and strong relational engagement. As a Senior Facilitator and Certified Leadership Coach at the Conscious Leadership Academy at USD, focus is placed on building leadership capacity and fostering trust within teams. Additional roles include Program Manager at The Pivotal Group Consultants Inc. and CEO of Hope & Associates Coaching and Consulting Services, both emphasizing support for client-driven change.
