Execruit is not a mainstream recruitment agency. We know pharma from the inside.

Founded in 2018, Execruit was built on deep global pharmaceutical expertise and the conviction that executive search in biopharma requires far more than conventional recruiting methods.

We combine insider industry knowledge with highly targeted, research-driven search to deliver specialised R&D and executive talent that accelerates critical projects and strengthens competitive advantage.

When transformational leadership is required, our innovative search methodology gives clients access to the world’s most exceptional scientific and executive networks. Every mandate is handled with precision, discretion, and an uncompromising focus on impact.

Leveraging extensive expertise across life sciences, healthcare, and technology, we identify the leaders who move organisations forward — from breakthrough R&D innovators to strategic middle and senior management appointments. Our proprietary market intelligence on compensation and talent trends allows us to secure elite professionals in highly competitive global markets.

We work in close partnership with our clients to define the precise capabilities, cultural alignment, and leadership profile required for success. Our approach is meticulous, data-driven, and deeply human — combining advanced analytics with the judgement that executive hiring demands.

We support publicly listed companies, privately held organisations, non-profits, and research institutions through their most pivotal moments.

Execruit is more than an executive search firm. We are strategic partners to organisations shaping the future of global biopharma.
