Lawrence Allen

Lawrence Allen serves as the Associate Substation Program Manager at ExecuPOWER LLC, leading the Project Management group since March 2025 and ensuring complex projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy Windfarm Commissioning Manager at Ørsted and Senior Project Manager at Primera Engineers. Notably, during tenure at Sargent & Lundy, Lawrence managed significant nuclear power projects, including work at the Exelon Three Mile Island and other nuclear stations, consistently delivering projects on time and under budget. Lawrence holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delaware County Community College.
