Donna Friedrich

Donna started their career at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard) in 1982, where they held various executive and managerial roles in the field of human resources. Donna excelled in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and advocacy, training and development, EEO/AA, and compensation. Donna worked at Digital Equipment Corporation until 1994.

In 1995, Donna founded Friedrich Associates, a consulting firm focused on the integration of business strategy, organization development, and technology transfer. Donna served as the managing partner and successfully maintained client relationships with Fortune 500 consumer products companies, federal government agencies, higher education institutions, and various other industries. Donna led their firm until 2008.

After the success of Friedrich Associates, they joined ExecuQuest in 2008 as an Executive Research Consultant. Five years later, Donna was promoted to the role of VP, Practice Leader.
