With more than 25 years of experience as a CEO, he understands the challenging tensions that exist between putting people first while remaining focused on performance. He owned and led Able Aerospace – a company they grew from 3 to 500 employees with 15 consecutive years of 20 percent compounded average annual growth.
After he sold Able Aerospace for 9-figures to Textron Aviation, he committed to helping other leaders achieve similar results as his next venture. he founded ETW, where he helps senior leadership teams work better together at improving their organization’s most important number. His main focus is to help leaders develop an intentional, high-performance culture that connects to financial performance.
Through this work, he and his team have created a unique methodology called MIND (Most Important Number and Drivers). They help teams uncover the most important number to achieve and identify the work that drives that number. The MIND Methodology has evolved over time as they built systems that can be integrated into any organization, whether it is a for-profit, non-profit, or government agency. Their team at ETW works with senior leadership teams and every other team within an organization as they cascade the MIND Methodology to the front lines.
