Troy Hale

Troy Hale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, customer support, and sales across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Executech since March 2023, Troy previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Support at CLMBR, where leadership of cross-functional teams was integral to the company's growth in the connected fitness sector. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Meritech as Vice President of Operations and Customer Success, overseeing multiple departments and driving profit and loss management. Troy also excelled in roles at Marsden, OpenWorks, Jani-King International, and 1SOURCEAUTOWARRANTY, where strategic planning and sales growth were key accomplishments. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
