Jodi Mercer

Jodi Mercer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jodi started their career in 1994 as a Manager of Analysis & Control at xpedx and then moved on to roles such as Director of Finance & Administration at CLOPAY CORPORATION, Vice President in various finance and accounting roles at Corporate Express, and Senior Vice President and Controller at CRG West. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting functions, and operational controls. Jodi has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at GOLDEN BISON LLC, Regional CFO at Gordon Food Service, Vice President of Corporate Controller at RES - Americas, and Treasurer and Secretary at Making Strategy Happen Foundation. Currently, Jodi Mercer holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Execution Specialists Group LLC, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including budgeting, cash forecasting, risk management, and strategy execution. Jodi has also been an Advisor at Ascent CFO Solutions since 2018. Throughout their career, Jodi Mercer has shown a strong focus on process improvement, integration and acquisition strategies, and creating world-class finance organizations.

Jodi Mercer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Michigan State University between the years 1982 and 1986. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance/Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, also known as Penn State University, from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, during the same time period, they earned a Master's Degree in Business with a specialization in Finance/Accounting.
