Mark Huang

Mark Huang is a Partner at Executive Access, where they have been a pivotal figure since joining the Banking and Finance team in Shanghai as a Consultant in 2009. They rose through the ranks, becoming Senior Consultant in 2011, Director of the Shanghai Office in 2014, and Partner in 2019. Mark oversees the firm's executive search business across various sectors in China's banking and finance landscape. Prior to their tenure at Executive Access, they spent four years at Proking Management Consulting, culminating in the role of Branch Manager, and began their career as a Sales Representative at China Merchants Bank. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tongji University, earned in 2003.
