EAO and Behind Every Leader were launched due to the experiences the founders and advisers had working as, and with, EAs throughout their combined careers. Members of the EAO network gain access to a wide breadth of benefits designed to help someone grow in their role as an Executive Assistant, therefore becoming a better leader for their employers.
