Michael Baillie has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in non-medical home care services. As the Owner of Executive Home Care's Morris, Union, and Essex Counties locations since December 2015, Michael focuses on enabling seniors to maintain independence in their homes. Additionally, Michael owns operations in Southern Ocean and Burlington County and has acted as Co-Owner for Northern Ocean County. In June 2017, Michael co-founded Next Stage Senior Guidance, which aids older adults in finding suitable housing and care options. Prior roles include Regional Account Executive at Open Systems Healthcare and Account Manager at CareFocus Companion Services and Maxim Healthcare Services, emphasizing personalized care and recruitment. Michael studied at Raritan Valley Community College from 2003 to 2005.
