Michael Nef is the owner of Executive Home Care, providing non-medical home care services since June 2025, enabling individuals to remain safely in their homes. Prior to this, Michael Nef held various roles at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. from February 2013 to June 2025, with responsibilities ranging from Supply Chain Procurement Manager to Global Procurement Excellence Manager, where significant improvements in procurement processes and supplier management were realized, achieving over $1 million in productivity savings. Earlier experience includes project and process management at Elma Electronic AG, strategic purchasing roles at Daetwyler (Schweiz) AG and Angst+Pfister, and several positions at A. Baggenstos & Co. AG. Michael Nef holds an MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management from the University of Birmingham and various professional qualifications in procurement and materials management.
