Sharon Snow is a seasoned Senior Executive Talent Management Consultant at Snow & Associates and Executive Core since March 2012, specializing in executive coaching and implementing best practices for effective business results. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Thrower & Associates, focusing on education, strategic planning, and organizational development for national organizations, and holding the position of Vice President of Estate Planning and Distinguished Giving at The American Cancer Society, where responsibilities included overseeing learning and organizational development initiatives. Additionally, Sharon worked as the Administrative Director for Ambulatory Practice at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, where program design and process improvement were key duties.
