Yulia Carson

Yulia Carson is an accomplished professional in cross-cultural training and global talent development, currently serving as an Advisor and Sr. Trainer at Executive Language Training since November 2024. With nearly two decades of experience, Yulia has a strong background as a certified executive coach and training practitioner, focusing on creating inclusive learning experiences that emphasize psychological safety and intercultural competency. Previous roles include Director of Client Relations and DEI Consultant at The Inclusion Practice, where strategic development was a key focus, and leadership positions at IOR Global Services, overseeing intercultural training operations. Yulia's career began as a Language Instructor and Program Coordinator at Berlitz Corporation, complemented by advanced education, including a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from DePaul University.
