Steve Winters

Steve Winters is an experienced HR and organization development professional with a robust background in business improvement and leadership succession. From August 1991 to March 2008, Steve served as Vice President of HR and Organization Development at GlaxoSmithKline, overseeing a team responsible for various initiatives, including culture assessment and change management, and played a key role in major mergers during the 1990s and early 2000s. In addition to being a member of the Wharton Advisory Board from 2005 to 2010, Steve has been the Executive Director at Executive Networks since 2005, facilitating discussions among senior HR leaders on business trends and performance improvements. Since March 2008, Steve has operated The Management Planning and Development Company, leading a network of senior HR leaders from Global 1000 organizations to share best practices and address emerging trends in human resources. Steve holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology and Organization Development from the University of Southern California.
