Koebele started TitleSmart, Inc. in 2007 and served as President through 2025, guiding the company to be named among the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and earning Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Upper Midwest in 2015, and they purchased Hay Creek Ranch in Nemo, South Dakota in July 2021. They are the Chief Executive Officer of TitleSmart, Inc. since 2022 and of Executive Title since 2024. They are the author of three books, including Obsess To Success, and wrote Puppa-na-wuppana: the Beagle with the Magical Nose and Puppa-na-wuppana: Living the Puppa-na-Life. They are pursuing education at Mahtomedi.
