Laith Wardi

Laith Wardi, CEcD, is the Principal of Gem City Growth Strategies and has a specialized focus on economic development, particularly in business retention and expansion. With extensive experience, they founded ExecutivePulse, the leading technology and consulting firm specializing in this field in North America. Laith previously served as the Executive Director for Economic Futures, Inc., and has held various roles including Owner of Alward and Associates, Inc., and Business Retention and Expansion Manager at the Economic Development Corporation of Erie County. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Business Administration, Economics at Mercyhurst University and an AA in Sociology at Jamestown Community College.
