Fineas Tatar

Fineas Tatar is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in executive support and growth strategies. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Viva since July 2020, Fineas Tatar oversees a remote EA subscription service that supports executives in VC-backed companies, leading a team dedicated to bridging the gender inequality gap in Latin America. Fineas Tatar is also an Executive Member at Pavilion since November 2022. Previously, Fineas Tatar held roles as a Senior Growth Associate and Growth Associate at DarwinAI, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle sales processes and securing significant clients from the A&D and automotive sectors. Additional experience includes a role in operations and logistics at UberEats and a strategy analyst position at MTM London, providing strategic insights for major corporations. Fineas Tatar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo and participated in the Shad Valley program at Université Laval.
