David Schuehler

Chief Architect at Exegy

David Schuehler has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1989, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at McDonnell Douglas for two years. David then joined Bridge Information Systems in 1991 and worked as a Software Engineer in the Networking Group until 1994. From 1994 to 2001, they held various positions at Bridge Information Systems, including Vice President of Research & Development. In 2001, they moved to Reuters and served as VP of Research & Development until 2005. During the same period, they also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis. Since 2005, David has been with Exegy, where they have held multiple distinguished engineer and VP roles, including Chief Architect since October 2021.

David Schuehler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University from 1983 to 1988. David then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1990 to 1993. Lastly, they obtained a Doctor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis from 2001 to 2004.
