John Sharp

John Sharp is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Exegy since January 2014, John specializes in normalizing FX data feeds. Previously at Thomson Reuters since April 2010, John served as a Senior Technical Specialist, providing end-of-life support for the Bridge Data Network (BDN) and designing C++ code for transaction management. John’s career began at Bridge Information Systems, where significant contributions included developing network infrastructure software. Additionally, John has held engineering roles at McDonnell-Douglas and Emerson Electric Co. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
