Benjamin Hadida began their career in 2009 as a Business Development employee at Wizz Marketing Services. In 2010, they moved to Amgen as a Health Economy & Governmental Affairs Analyst. In 2011, they became an IBD Summer Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. In 2012, they took on a Summer Analyst role at Pacific Channel Limited. In 2014, they worked as an INSERM Research Intern at Institut de la Vision. In 2015, they joined Theravectys as both a Head of Operations and Business Development Manager. Finally, in 2016, they became the CEO & co-Founder of Exeliom Biosciences, a company developing novel therapeutic approaches against immune-mediated diseases.

Benjamin Hadida began their educational journey in 2006 when they attended Lycée Henri IV and completed Classes préparatoires in the field of ECS. From 2008 to 2013, they attended ESSEC Business School, where they earned an MSc - MBA in Management - Programme Grande Ecole. In 2011, they also began attending Sorbonne University, where they earned a Bachelor in Life Sciences in 2013. In 2012, they participated in an MBA exchange program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, studying Healthcare Business and Entrepreneurship. Finally, in 2013, they completed a Master of Molecular and Cellular Biology at Sorbonne University in the field of Biologie cellulaire et moléculaire.
