Jennifer Ormerod, PhD, currently serves as the Scientific Communications Director for Pipeline Strategy at Exelixis since November 2017, following a position as Principal Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Oncology. Prior to Exelixis, Jennifer worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from 2010 to 2017 as a Principal MSL focused on Immunology, specifically in Psoriatic Disease. Additionally, from 2003 to 2010, Jennifer held the role of Senior Medical Scientist at Procter & Gamble, where the focus was on Women's Health, including areas such as Metabolic Bone Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), and Hyposexual Desire Disorder (HSDD). Jennifer earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physiology, Neuroscience from Florida State University, and holds both a Master of Science (MS) in Physiology, Renal/Endocrine and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sports Medicine from the University of Connecticut.
