Mark Neiman

Mark Neiman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in contract negotiation and management. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Exelixis since September 2024, Mark previously held a similar position at Codexis, Inc., where Mark led legal operations focused on commercial contracts. Mark's background includes significant roles at Genentech, where responsibilities included managing contracting for new product launches and drafting key commercial agreements. Additional experience encompasses positions at OptumHealth, The Rights Workshop, and various law firms, highlighting expertise in intellectual property, litigation, and business law.
