Anne Lindner

Anne Lindner serves as the Vice President of Government and External Affairs at Pepco Holdings. They have held significant positions in the energy sector, including Vice President and Counsel at Constellation and Vice President of Energy Policy at Constellation Energy, where they developed strategies for regulatory actions. Prior to their current roles, they gained valuable legal experience as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and DLA Piper, as well as a Law Clerk for Vice Chancellor William Chandler at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Anne holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
