David Bell

David Bell has extensive experience in cybersecurity and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Cyber Defense Operations at Exelon since April 2016. In this role, David oversees a team of 65 personnel across multiple specialized divisions, including Cyber Security Operations and Digital Forensics Incident Response. Prior to this, David held the position of Senior Manager in Cyber Operations Services at Exelon, managing 30 personnel focused on cyber vulnerability management. David's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Pepco Holdings, where responsibilities encompassed corporate cyber security and IT infrastructure management, as well as systems administration positions in various companies. David's career began in the U.S. Army, where leadership skills were developed as an Armor/Finance Officer. Education was completed at the University of Delaware.
