David Bonner

David Bonner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the gas utility sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Performance Assessment at Exelon since April 2022. In this role, David oversees the Pipeline Safety Management System, fostering a culture of self-critique to identify and mitigate risks. Previously, at PECO, an Exelon Company, David held various managerial and engineering positions from December 2012 to April 2022, including managing a team of 55 employees in Regulatory Compliance and providing technical guidance in Gas Asset Management. David's career also includes contributions to South Jersey Gas in project management and regulatory compliance roles, and a solid educational background with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, respectively.
