David Chang is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design engineering and project management. Currently, David serves as the Manager of Design Engineering at Exelon, a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, David spent a decade at PHI, progressing from Engineer 1 to Senior Supervising Engineer NERC, demonstrating a strong proficiency in NERC compliance and engineering management.
