Dickson Ortiz

Dickson Ortiz has over two decades of experience in IT management, currently serving as the Manager for IT Cloud & Infrastructure, Directory Services, Desktop & Mobility, and Remote Access Engineering at Exelon since September 2000. In this role, Dickson oversees engineering and project teams associated with Directory Services and Single Sign-On. Previously, at Exelon, Dickson managed IT Wholesale Client Services, focusing on infrastructure and operations support. Prior experience includes a variety of project and program management roles at Constellation Energy, notably leading the Personal Mobile Device Program, which transitioned employees from corporate-provided devices to personal ones for better efficiency and cost-saving. Dickson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and an Associate's degree from Anne Arundel Community College.
