Jonathan Shapiro

Jonathan Shapiro currently serves as the Manager of OCC Planning at Exelon since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Pepco Holdings from 2013 to October 2023, including Manager of Regional Electric Operations, OH First Line Supervisor, and Utility Lineman, where responsibilities included maintaining and constructing overhead and underground electrical facilities and leading the Pepco safety team. Jonathan's earlier experience includes working as a meter reader/collector at New York State Electric & Gas from May 2009 to August 2012, and as a lead carpenter at Woodbourne Lawn and Garden from 2004 to 2009, where responsibilities included training and managing laborers on job sites. Jonathan began a career in carpentry as an apprentice at AJ & Sons Construction from 1999 to 2004, developing foundational skills in carpentry. Jonathan completed the Electrical Lineman Worker Program at South East Lineman Training Center in 2012.
