Maigha

Maigha, Ph.D., P.E., is currently a Senior Engineer at Exelon, focusing on transmission planning technical studies. They have extensive experience in systems engineering, having previously served as a Senior Quantitative Engineer at ComEd, where they developed modeling and simulation capabilities for distributed energy resources. Maigha's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Power Systems Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and they have held roles as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Clemson University and an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Alongside their engineering expertise, they are an engaging speaker and an innovation mentor with a passion for analytics and meditation.
