Mark Arrington, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Outage Reporting & Analytics at Exelon since August 2022. With a lengthy career at PECO, an Exelon Company, starting in December 1987, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Director of Utility Performance Assessment and Senior Manager positions overseeing GIS Programs and Field Operations. Mark's experience includes responsibilities in managing customer relations, financial analysis, and ensuring operational efficiency. Previously, Mark worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an AVP Project Manager and held various positions at Exelon Energy focused on billing and collections operations. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a certificate in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School.
