Mark Sharkey

Mark Sharkey is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Exelon since April 2001. During this tenure, Mark has led significant initiatives such as the integration of the Oracle Financial System, the implementation of the Revenue Management System, and the management of the Constellation Spinoff. Previous roles at Exelon include senior accounting management positions focused on post-merger integration, financial planning, and plant controls. Prior to joining Exelon, Mark worked at SBC as an Accounting Manager and held the position of Senior Internal Auditor at CB&I, conducting international audit engagements across multiple countries. Mark began the accounting career as an Internal Auditor at Chicago Title after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
