Michael Calin

Michael Calin is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Lead for the Innovation & Growth team at Exelon since October 2018. In this role, Michael oversees and coordinates the efforts of multiple designers to develop experiments aimed at enhancing customer experience and business outcomes. Previously, as Sr Designer/Design Lead for the Start, Stop & Move My Service & Customer Onboarding initiative, Michael directed a team to redesign the utility onboarding and offboarding processes. Earlier, as a UX Designer at Exelon, responsibilities included designing numerous digital experiences related to community solar initiatives. Prior to Exelon, Michael worked at BTE - The Technology of Human Performance as Lead Product Designer, where design processes for software applications were managed within an interdisciplinary team. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Salisbury University, obtained in 2014.
