Michael Holmes

Michael Holmes, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects in the utility and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Project Manager at Exelon since January 2018, Michael oversees multiple transmission and IT projects, ensuring optimal scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Exelon, where Michael led a significant $17M project utilizing AGILE methodologies, and IT Project Manager for the City of Baltimore, focusing on IT projects for the Department of Finance. Michael began their career as Director of Information Systems at Protocall Communications, managing IT services and developing client relationships with Fortune 100 companies. Michael holds an MBA in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Management of Information Technology from Capitol Technology University.
