Michael Kavanagh has over 25 years of experience in the IT and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Manager of IT for Asset Design & Engineering/Geographic Information Systems at Exelon since June 2007, Michael has developed extensive expertise in managing technical operations. Previous roles include contracting for Nortel as a first-level help desk analyst and nearly a decade at CSC, where responsibilities ranged from help desk support to network security and quality assurance for Fortune 500 clients. Michael holds a degree in Management from the University of Maryland University College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Creative Leadership at Syracuse University, with expected graduation in 2024, maintaining a Cum Laude distinction.
