Michelle Young is a UX/UI Designer at Exelon since June 2021, focusing on human-centered digital product development and user experience research. Previously, Michelle held roles as an Associate UX/UI Designer and User Experience Design Intern at Exelon, which involved crafting intuitive digital products and learning design methodologies. Prior to Exelon, Michelle gained experience as a Graphic Designer at commonvision and interned at various organizations, including the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Quality Printers, and North Point High School. Michelle holds a degree in Visual Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, complemented by a high school diploma in Graphic Communications from North Point High School.
