Mpanda Castelo

Mpanda Castelo is a seasoned Senior Account Manager at Exelon since March 2016, responsible for developing customer-specific business strategies, coordinating service installations, managing customer debt, and mentoring junior account managers. Prior to Exelon, Mpanda served as Regional Sales Director at Assurant Solutions from April 2011 to July 2015, facilitating internal and external communications, managing projects, and conducting training for the client's sales force. Mpanda holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Cleveland State University, dual B.S. degrees in Business Management and Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the University of Maryland.
