Robert Stutz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and compensation. Since January 2001, Robert has served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Exelon, overseeing the governance and investment of $40 billion in employee benefits and nuclear decommissioning trust assets, while leading legal counsel for significant corporate initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Exelon, Robert held various roles at Sidley Austin LLP and Hopkins & Sutter, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas. Robert holds a Master of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Yale University, a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bradley University.
