Ruth Dillon

Ruth Dillon is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience at Exelon. As the Director of HR Operations since July 2012, Ruth has played a critical role in overseeing HR initiatives, building on a foundation established in various managerial positions within the company since January 2000. Ruth's expertise includes HR Business Services Operations at significant nuclear power plants including LaSalle, Dresden, and Braidwood. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Management from the College of St. Francis, earned between 1994 and 1999.
