Tiera Gray

Tiera Gray is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President in the Office of the CIO at Exelon since July 2017, Tiera has been instrumental in establishing and implementing standards, processes, and governance for IT project portfolio management, financial management, and change management.
