Manor Krupchik

Manor Krupchik is the current Director of IT & Operations at Exent Technologies. Prior to this, they were the Head of IT Services & Infrastructure at ewave and Team Manager at Bezeq International. Manor has also served as the head of IT department at Pekao (Polska kasa opikei) for 4 years.

Krupchik has over 10 years of Windows/Linux Admin and IT experience, supporting, automating, and optimizing mission critical deployments in AWS. Manor has also designed and built cloud service models including Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Software-as-a-Service. Additionally, they have developed and implemented backup and recovery strategy for applications and database on virtualization platform.

In their role as Director of IT & Operations at Exent Technologies, Krupchik is responsible for overseeing a diverse, geographically distributed Support, IT & DevOps team. Manor is known for their high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. Under their leadership, the company has attained consistent 99% up time by implementing disaster recovery and fault tolerance plans.

Krupchik is also involved in evaluating new technologies for competitive advantage. Manor collaborates with various stakeholders, internal teams and organizations to define and lead IT annual working plan and budget.
