Mark Isaacs has extensive experience in stadium and operations management, currently serving as Stadium Operations Director at Exeter Chiefs since September 2020, following a tenure as Stadium Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Swindon Town Football Club from August 2017 to September 2020. Mark’s career in operations includes significant positions at AkzoNobel as UK Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager, and earlier at Swindon Town Football Club as Operations Manager. Mark began a foundational career at BMW, where responsibilities included Continuous Improvement Manager from April 1994 to May 2008.
