Tom Steer

Tom Steer is a seasoned professional in the rugby community, currently serving as Community Delivery Manager and Women's Match Day Experience Lead for Exeter Chiefs since September 2019, along with a role as Community Development Coach. In addition, Tom Steer is a Backs Coach at Newton Abbot Rugby Club, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes coaching junior rugby at Withycombe RFC from July 2018 to December 2019 and volunteer coaching roles with junior and women's backs teams. Tom Steer is an alumnus of Exmouth Community College.
