Shay Clancy

Shay Clancy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and emotional intelligence. As the Founder and Managing Director of Ascend+ since July 2006, Shay specializes in aligning organizations and people to achieve sustainable development. Concurrently, as a Master Distributor and Certified International Training Partner for Multi-Health Systems Inc. since February 2012, Shay focuses on applying Emotional Intelligence assessments to enhance leadership effectiveness and performance management. In addition to these roles, Shay serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Exetor Group, promoting long-term organizational success. Previous positions include Lead Client Partner at Penna plc and Head of Executive Search at PM Group, along with significant international experience as Director of European Operations for Thinkpath Inc. Shay holds a Masters of Business from University College Cork and various certifications in emotional intelligence and strategic human resource management.
