Anna Pietruszka

Anna Pietruszka has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Anna founded bmshaping.com in 2017 and continues to serve as its Founder. In 2018, they co-founded Exfluency and holds the position of Chief Design Officer. From 2017 to 2022, Anna worked at Summa Linguae S.A. as an Executive Advisor for Business Strategy and later as the Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at XTRF Translation Management Systems from 2015 to 2016 and as the Deployment Services Director from 2014 to 2015. Anna also worked as a Project Manager at Capita IoM from 2013 to 2014. In 2012, they held the role of Implementation Department Manager at Transactor and worked as a Project Administrator at Transactor Global Solutions. Before that, they were self-employed as a Freelance Project Manager from 2011 to 2012. Anna's earlier experiences include working as an Internal Projects Director and a Business Development Specialist at Argos Multilingual from 2006 to 2011. Anna started their career as a Project Manager at PMR Ltd. in 2002.

Anna Pietruszka attended the University of Silesia in Katowice from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Political Science. Additionally, they studied Project Management at AGH University of Science and Technology from 2011 to 2012.
