Heidi Gore

Heidi Gore has a diverse background in community management and digital product/project management. Heidi'smost recent position is as a Community Manager at Exfluency, where they work with subject matter experts from around the world to deepen their collective expertise. Heidi is responsible for setting the tone of the community, providing guidance, and supporting members in achieving their goals.

Before joining Exfluency, Heidi worked at IOVIA (previously Better Participation Group) as a Digital Community Product and Project Manager. Heidi collaborated with stakeholders to ensure a perfect match between IOVIA's Community Experience Platform and the community strategy. Some of the biggest clients they worked with were LEGO, Unilever, and IKEA.

Prior to IOVIA, Heidi was a Community Manager & Strategist at Better Participation Group. Heidi'srole involved creating unique participation experiences that drove commercial and social value for international clients.

Heidi also has experience as a Research and Innovation Officer at the University of Central Lancashire, where they enriched relationships between local businesses and university academics. Heidi also supported senior management projects and worked on The Leadership Hub.

In addition, Heidi worked as a Trade Marketing Specialist at Canon (UK), where they implemented trade marketing activities for Canon Photographic Partners. Heidi was responsible for managing projects and analyzing the Cashback reporting system.

Before Canon, they served as a Marketing Assistant at Renewal Limited, where they developed a marketing plan for the company during a period of rapid growth.

Heidi's earlier experience includes working at Camp Leaders as an interviewer for children counselor jobs at American summer camps. Heidi also had the opportunity to work as a Camp Counselor at Lake Greeley Camp through a J-1 Cultural Exchange Visa.

Heidi Gore attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business. In 2012 to 2013, they also studied at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Marketing.
